1. Introduction

Welcome to Stulyo. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of License

Stulyo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our SaaS platform for your personal or commercial playlist management. You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose not related to playlist curation;
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Stulyo's website.

3. Spotify Data

Stulyo analyzes publicly available Spotify data, such as public playlist metadata and follower counts. We do not use Spotify's official API, and we never ask for your Spotify login or password. We do not claim ownership of any data that belongs to Spotify or to playlist owners.

Stulyo is designed to promote the discovery of musical content and artists by helping curators optimize their visibility. We only process publicly available information and are committed to a fair ecosystem for creators.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stulyo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
