1. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your email address and name. When you connect your Spotify account, we access public playlist data and basic profile information via the Spotify API.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services;
  • Analyze playlist performance and provide SEO recommendations;
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Spotify API data to third parties.

The data collected via the Spotify API is used exclusively to provide you with insights into your rankings and visibility, supporting the growth of your artist or curator profile.

3. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We do not store your Spotify passwords. Authentication is handled securely through Spotify's OAuth protocol.

4. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons: To facilitate our Service; To provide the Service on our behalf; To perform Service-related services; or To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

5. Professional Contact Data & Prospecting

To let curators and labels discover Stulyo, we may collect publicly available professional contact information (such as a professional email address or social handle) that curators have themselves published in the public description of their Spotify playlists. We only process such data in a strictly professional (business-to-business) context, and exclusively to send a targeted message about Stulyo that is directly relevant to the recipient’s activity as a playlist curator.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in reaching professionals whose activity is directly connected to our service. We do not process special-category data, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we never sell, rent, or share these contacts with third parties.

Every prospecting email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can object to this processing or request the deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@stulyo.com. We will action any such request without delay and remove your details from all future outreach.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.
