1. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your email address and name. To power your dashboard, we also collect publicly available Spotify data (such as public playlist metadata and follower counts) for the playlists you choose to track. This does not require connecting your Spotify account or sharing any Spotify credentials.

The public Spotify data we collect is used exclusively to provide you with insights into your rankings and visibility, supporting the growth of your artist or curator profile.

3. Data Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We never ask for or store your Spotify password, and using Stulyo does not require connecting your Spotify account.
4. Third-Party Services
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons: To facilitate our Service; To provide the Service on our behalf; To perform Service-related services; or To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
5. Professional Contact Data & Prospecting
To let curators and labels discover Stulyo, we may collect publicly available professional contact information (such as a professional email address or social handle) that curators have themselves published in the public description of their Spotify playlists. We only process such data in a strictly professional (business-to-business) context, and exclusively to send a targeted message about Stulyo that is directly relevant to the recipient’s activity as a playlist curator.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in reaching professionals whose activity is directly connected to our service. We do not process special-category data, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we never sell, rent, or share these contacts with third parties.
Every prospecting email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can object to this processing or request the deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@stulyo.com. We will action any such request without delay and remove your details from all future outreach.
6. Connecting an AI Assistant (MCP Server)
Pro and Agency accounts can connect an AI assistant (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Le Chat) to Stulyo through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This connection is optional: it only exists if you set it up yourself from your assistant and then approve it on a Stulyo page. This processing is based on providing the service you ask us for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The assistant has read-only access. It cannot change, delete or send anything on your behalf. It only receives the answers to the questions it asks: your tracked playlists, their followers, their ranks by keyword and country and, on paid plans, public data from our playlist catalogue. It never receives your email address, your payment details or curator contact details.
On our side, we keep the name the assistant gives when it connects, the date of the connection and of its last use, and a fingerprint (SHA-256) of its access tokens, never the tokens themselves. We also log each call: tool name, date, duration, outcome and, for catalogue lookups, the playlist or keyword looked up. This log is kept for 12 months and is used for the daily quota, security and support. We do not receive your conversations with the assistant.
The data your assistant receives from Stulyo is then processed by the company that runs it (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral AI or another), under its own privacy policy.
You can disconnect an assistant at any time in Settings > Security in the Stulyo app: its tokens stop working immediately. Deleting your account deletes your connections and their log.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.
